The role:
- Provide courteous, accurate and timely advice to all participants in the WorkCover Scheme on premium-related issues.
- Achieve agreed levels of customer service
- At all times, make decisions and provide advice in line with WorkCover legislation and policies and delegations.
- Ensure premiums are correctly calculated in accordance with legislation
- Proactively work within a team environment and actively contribute to team goals.
- Show concern for all aspects of the job by accurately following processes and tasks and check output for accuracy and completeness.
- Clarify details and ensure legislative, internal guidelines and workflow processes are followed.
- Actively participate in a premium-specific Call Quality Program focusing on first call resolution and demonstrated sustainable improvements
The candidate:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Time management qualities with an ability to plan and prioritise effectively to complete assigned tasks
- Quality orientation and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the Workers Compensation environment, particularly within a Managed Fund context
- Understanding of relevant regulatory and/or legislative compliance requirements that impact the organisation
